Facebook in the Post-Social Era

In the last five years, Facebook has gone from a sleepy, promising startup to critical social infrastructure.  We’ll take a look at how the bar has been raised for companies that want to succeed in social media and how businesses large and small can respond.

About our Speaker

Chris Treadaway

Chris TreadawayChris Treadaway is an entrepreneur and Founder and CEO of Notice Technologies, a social commerce middleware company that has worked with major corporations such as Wiley Publishing, Microsoft, Journal Communications, A.H. Belo, Demand Media, Land Rover, and the PGA Tour.  Chris also co-authored Facebook Marketing An Hour a Day with Mari Smith in 2010. 

He is a frequent speaker and has been published in major publications such as Forbes, The MIT Technology Review, Mashable, and ReadWriteWeb.  He received an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA from Louisiana State University.  Chris lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife Kim.
